Candy at home in 10 minutes: without baking and sugar
Homemade sugar-free sweets are a safe substitute for store-bought sweets. They are based on fruits, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and sometimes oatmeal or dark chocolate. The candies are made without eggs, sugar, flour, or even baking.
- sunflower seeds - 100 g
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- honey - 2 tbsp
- cocoa for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. First, dry the sunflower seeds in the oven (at 200 degrees for 10 minutes), or fry them in a frying pan until golden brown.
2. Beat the toasted seeds with a blender until crumbly.
3. Add cocoa and honey to the crumbs. Mix until smooth.
4. Form balls from the resulting mass and roll them in cocoa. Store the finished candies in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
