Homemade no-bake candies without sugar in 10 minutes
Homemade sugar-free sweets are a safe substitute for store-bought ones. They are based on fruits, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, and sometimes oatmeal or dark chocolate. The candies are made without eggs, sugar, flour, or even baking.
Food blogger Tetiana (tanya.perchik) shared a recipe for homemade candies with sunflower seeds on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- sunflower seeds - 100 g
- cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- honey - 2 tbsp
- cocoa for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. First, dry sunflower seeds in the oven (at 200 degrees for 10 minutes), or fry them in a pan until golden brown.
2. Beat them with a blender until crumbly.
3. Add cocoa and honey. Mix until smooth.
4. Form balls from the resulting mass and roll them in cocoa. Store the finished candies in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
