A cake that won't make you gain weight: a recipe

The eternal female problem – how to eat sweets without gaining weight – is quite solvable. ⠀

Cook the "right" sweets. ⠀

Let's make a cake.

Ingredients:

Oatmeal – 300 g

Wheat flour – 2 tbsp.

Eggs – 3 pcs.

Banana – 2 pcs.

Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp

Sugar – 30 g

Baking powder – 1 tsp.

Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet

Oranges – 3 pcs. (2 for filling, 1 for decoration)⠀

Low-fat cottage cheese – 400 g

Sour cream 10% – 160 g

Preparation:⠀

Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar until white.

Mash the banana with a fork. Add the banana and vegetable oil to the beaten eggs.

Mix the dry ingredients and add to the dough.

Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

Take out of the oven, cool, cut into 2 cakes.

For the cream, beat the cottage cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a blender.

Spread the cottage cheese cream on 1 cake, and cover it with the second. Spread the cream over the top and sides of the cake. Garnish with an orange.
