Cabbage steaks with minced meat: a full meal ready in just a few minutes

Every housewife has recipes for dinners that take only a few minutes to prepare. Such recipes are a real lifesaver when you don't have time to cook meat dishes and side dishes separately for a long time.
One of these recipes was recently shared on Instagram by a food blogger with the nickname zefirka_recipes. She told us how to make a real masterpiece out of a small amount of minced meat on cabbage heads without putting much effort into it.
Ingredients
- Young cabbage - 1 pc
- Minced chicken - 500 gr
- Egg - 1 pc
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Hard cheese - 80 gr
- Salt
- Pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Italian herbs
- Dill
- Parsley
- Oil
Method of preparation
1. Cut the cabbage into whole pieces 2 cm thick.
2. Brush each piece with oil, add salt, pepper and paprika.
3. Mix the minced meat with finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, Italian herbs and egg. Mix well with your hands until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
4. Form the minced meat into balls and place them in an even layer on the cabbage steaks.
5. Mix sour cream, herbs, garlic and grated cheese in a separate container.
6. Lubricate each steak with the resulting sauce.
7. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
