Budget pancakes with no sugar or flour
Delicious, puffy and flavorful pancakes are a great dish not only for breakfast but also for a dessert or even a snack. Traditionally, they are prepared with kefir, milk, water, fruits and berries.
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- banana - 2 pcs
- eggs - 2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to beat eggs in a bowl with a whisk until homogeneous.
2. Mix the banana and cottage cheese separately. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth.
3. Mix it all.
4- Fry the pancakes. When you turn them over to the other side, place a lid. Bon appetit!
