Budget homemade caramel in 20 minutes: what to cook with
Caramel is a real find in any kitchen. It can be used as a sauce for pancakes or added to coffee, ice cream, and pastries. Interestingly, to prepare such an original dessert, you will need only affordable ingredients, and the cooking process will take no more than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:
- sugar - 100 g
- milk 3.2% - 100 ml
- butter 82% - 20 g
- flour - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Pour flour into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Put on medium heat and bring to a beige color, stirring.
2. Add sugar and butter. Stir to melt sugar.

3. Remove the resulting mass from the stove. Gradually pour half of the hot milk, stirring.
4. Then put the pan back on the fire and gradually pour the rest of the milk into the mass. Bring the mass to homogeneous state.
