Recipe for cabbage cutlets

Ingredients:

  • cabbage – 600 g
  • millet groats – 5 tbsp
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • dill greens
  • onion – 1 pc
  • small carrots 1 pc
  • butter – 20 g
  • flour – 3 tbsp
  • semolina – 0.5 cups
  • salt, pepper
  • hops-suneli – 1 tsp
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for frying

Method of preparation:

Boiled cabbage for cutlets

1. Boil the cabbage for 7 minutes, drain, and twist through a meat grinder.

2. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Sauté these vegetables in butter.

3. Add to the cabbage.

4. Boil the groats for 5 minutes, drain, and add to the cabbage.

5. Add the eggs, finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper and semolina.

6. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
