Ingredients:
- cabbage – 600 g
- millet groats – 5 tbsp
- eggs – 2 pcs
- dill greens
- onion – 1 pc
- small carrots 1 pc
- butter – 20 g
- flour – 3 tbsp
- semolina – 0.5 cups
- salt, pepper
- hops-suneli – 1 tsp
- breadcrumbs
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the cabbage for 7 minutes, drain, and twist through a meat grinder.
2. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots. Sauté these vegetables in butter.
3. Add to the cabbage.
4. Boil the groats for 5 minutes, drain, and add to the cabbage.
5. Add the eggs, finely chopped herbs, salt, pepper and semolina.
6. Mix well and leave for 15 minutes.
7. Add flour, form patties, roll in breadcrumbs, and fry on both sides until golden brown.
