"Broken Glass" is a very popular jelly cake that every housewife knows about. You can combine a variety of colors in the dessert – a real aesthetic pleasure. In addition to sour cream, you can add another very simple ingredient to the milk base – it will taste much better with it.
The idea for the "Broken Glass" dessert was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Daryna with the nickname vistovska_cooking. The cook advises adding condensed milk to sour cream.
Ingredients:
- sour cream – 350 ml.
- condensed milk – 300 ml.
- gelatin – 25 g
- water – 150 ml.
- jelly of different flavors
- chocolate crackers – 1 package
Method of preparation:
1. All ingredients should be at room temperature.
2. Prepare the jelly in advance according to the instructions.
3. Pour the gelatin with water at room temperature.
4. Wait 10 minutes until it swells and melts in the microwave.
5. Mix sour cream with condensed milk.
6. Add gelatin and mix well.
7. Cover the mold with cling film and add the crackers.
8. Pour in the sour cream mixture and add the diced jelly.
9. Quickly spread everything evenly over the mold.
10. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours until completely frozen.
