No holiday table is complete without cheese. Of course, you can simply cut the cheese, add honey and sauces, and not waste any time.

Or you can make a little effort and turn ordinary brie into a real masterpiece in the form of a wreath. This is the recipe shared with Mirror by the famous Australian blogger Vanya Insull.

Ingredients

  • round brie - 900 gr
  • cranberry sauce - 100 g
  • baked buns - 6 pcs
  • liquid honey - 1 tbsp
  • rosemary and thyme - to taste

Method of preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and put the cheese on it.

3. Cut the buns vertically and then horizontally to make 4 quarters.

4. Spread the sauce on one side of each quarter and place it around the brie around the circle so that the side with the sauce remains outside (not on top or bottom).

5. Brush the bread with plenty of garlic butter and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted inside.

6. Put the brie on a large plate, drizzle with honey and garnish with herbs. Serve hot.
