Ingredients:

  • Buckwheat
  • Canned tuna
  • Mixed greens
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Egg

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • Lemon juice
  • Mustard seeds
  • Honey

The way of preparation:

1. Put hot buckwheat on a deep but wide plate.
