Blueberry mousse dessert: incredible taste and beauty in a glass
Mousse dessert is always delicious and very tender. But by adding blueberries to it, we also get extraordinary beauty served in an ordinary glass and driving you crazy.
The recipe for this simple but delicious dessert was shared on Instagram by food blogger Anna Fil. She also told us what can be substituted for blueberries if you don't have them at hand.

Ingredients:
- Jelly – 1 pack (70 g)
- Sour cream – 300 g
- Powdered sugar – 75 g
- Vanilla flavor – 2-3 drops
- Gelatin – 10 grams
- Blueberries
Method of preparation:
1. Pour 60 g of cold water over the gelatin. Stir and leave to swell.
2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla flavor to the sour cream at room temperature. Beat with a mixer.
Whip the sour cream with powdered sugar.

3. Melt the gelatin in the microwave, but do not bring it to a boil. Pour it into the sour cream. Stir to combine.
4. Fill ½ of the bowls or glasses with this mousse and refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Pour blueberry or blueberry-flavored jelly with water according to the instructions. Mix until smooth and leave to cool.
6. Put blueberries on top of the frozen mousse, which can easily be replaced with blueberries, and carefully spoon the jelly over the top and refrigerate until it is completely set.
Pour the jelly.
