Ingredients

  • biscuits - 350 gr
  • butter - 120 gr
  • cream cheese - 600 g
  • 30-33% cream - 200 ml
  • frozen blueberries - 300 g
  • sugar - 100 g
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • gelatin - 20 g + 100 ml of cold water
  • white chocolate - 60 gr
  • hot cream - 60 ml

Method of preparation

1. For the base, crush cookies, add melted butter and mix.

2. Take a baking dish covered with parchment and put the cookie mass on the sides and bottom. Level them with a glass and put them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

3. Pour water over gelatin and let it swell. Then stir to melt.

4. Melt blueberries with sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.

5. For the filling, combine cream cheese, cream, blueberry mixture and lemon juice in a separate bowl and mix.

6. Pour in a thin stream of gelatin and mix. Pour the filling over the base and level it.P Put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until it hardens.

7. Pour the white chocolate over the hot cream, stir until smooth so that the chocolate is melted.

8. Let it cool slightly and spread it on the frozen cheesecake. Put it in the fridge for another 1 hour.
