Berlin-style liver with apples: it turns out to be very soft and not bitter

The most important thing in cooking liver is to make it soft and juicy. Apples, which should be added to the meat, will perfectly cope with this task. The result is delicious Berlin-style liver, which can be prepared for a regular family dinner or for a festive table.
The idea of cooking Berlin-style liver with apples was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Julia Simonchuk (cook_julija_simonchuk). You can make this dish in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g;
- apples - 2-3 pcs;
- onions - 2-3 pcs;
- flour - 3 tbsp;
- oil for frying;
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the apples into rings and remove the centers.
2. Fry in a frying pan on both sides in vegetable oil.
3. Transfer to a plate.
4. In the same frying pan, in the same oil, fry the onion rings over moderate heat, and then the liver (cleaned of films and fat) over low heat, breaded in flour.
5. Put everything in the frying pan one by one, add salt and pepper, and add other spices if desired.
6. Heat on the fire for a minute or two and you're done.
