Ingredients
- Beef meat – 4 pieces (well beaten)
- Salt, pepper – to taste
- Mustard – 1 tbsp.
- Parmesan cheese – 40 g
- Arugula – ½ bunch
- Olive oil
- White wine – 60 ml
- Honey – 1 tbsp.
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Put the pounded meat in pieces on a board, forming one continuous layer.
2. Spread the layer with mustard, add pepper and salt.
3. Put grated Parmesan cheese on the meat, and add arugula.
4. Wrap the meat in a roll and tie it with cooking thread.
5. Cut the roll into pieces, about 3-4 cm thick.
6. Fry in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
7. Add wine, honey and soy sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes.
