There is probably no one in the world who doesn't love desserts. Some people like eclairs, others prefer cakes, but most people with a sweet tooth undoubtedly prefer a variety of jelly desserts.
Food blogger Tati Chudnova shared her recipe for a Bavarian jelly dessert with chocolate. On Instagram, she explained what ingredients are needed to make this dessert and how to serve it to the table in a spectacular way.
Ingredients
- Gelatin - 20 g + 100 ml of cold milk
- Egg yolk - 3 pcs
- Sugar - 70 gr
- Cocoa - 15 gr
- Milk - 200 ml
- Chocolate - 50 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 p.
- Sour cream - 350 g
The method of preparation
1. Pour gelatin with milk or water and leave to swell.
2. Put the yolks in a saucepan, add sugar and cocoa. Stir well.
3. Pour in the milk, stir and put on the fire. When the mass heats up and starts bubbling, add the chocolate.
4. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
5. Add gelatin, stir and leave to cool.
6. Combine the sour cream with the vanilla sugar and add to the chocolate mixture. Mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours, or until completely set.
