Basil pesto: classic recipe for easy salad dressing in 10 minutes
Pesto is a refreshing green salad dressing. You can make it with basil, parsley, rampson, and even garlic arrows. Plus, it's delicious to top the dressing with nuts and cheese.
Foodblogger Oksana Dor osh oksana_dorosh_rezeptu on her Instagram page shared a recipe for pesto sauce that you can make in 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- nuts - 50 g
- garlic - 2-3 cloves
- green basil - 50 g
- olive oil - 100 ml
- parmesan cheese - 50 g
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. First, pour the nuts into a blender and chop until crumbly.

2. Add the basil leaves, cheese, salt, garlic and pepper to the nut crumble. Once again beat everything with a blender until smooth.
3. Transfer the resulting sauce into a container and cover with a lid. Done!

As a sidenote: Store the finished sauce in the refrigerator for no more than one week. You can also freeze the pesto.
