Basic liver pate that does not taste bitter: how to cook

Liver pate is a wonderful appetizer that can be served on a festive table or used simply as a snack. But the meat from which the dish is made is quite specific, because of its bitter flavor. But this situation is very easy to solve.
The idea of making a simple chicken liver pate was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Diana Domovych (diana.domovych). You just need to bake the meat in the oven with vegetables and cream - the taste will be perfect.
Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken liver
- 2 small onions
- 1 carrot (large)
- 100 ml of cream
- 120 g of butter
- salt, pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and dice the onion and carrot.
2. Peel the liver.
3. Place in a baking dish.
4. Add salt and pepper, cover with cream and put 70 g of butter.
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven, add another 50 g of butter and beat with a blender.
7. Transfer to a convenient container and store in the refrigerator.
