Banana pancakes : how to cook effortlessly
Banana pancakes are a classic recipe for a light breakfast and do not require any complicated ingredients. One of the main advantages of banana pancakes is their dough. Thanks to the use of kefir, the dough becomes soft and fluffy.
Food blogger Yulia with a nickname (@cooking.by.yullia) shared a recipe for banana pancakes with kefir on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml. of 2.5% yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. l sugar
- 10 g. vanilla sugar
- 200 g. of flour
- ½ tsp. of baking soda
- 3-4 tbsp. l sunflower oil (for frying)
- a pinch of salt.
Method of preparation:
1.Pour into a bowl: flour, baking soda, salt. Add the egg, sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Pour in 300 ml of kefir.
3. Peel the banana and grate it on a coarse grater or mash it with a fork. Mix thoroughly to make a smooth, thick dough.
4. Heat a frying pan with sunflower oil and spread the dough with a tablespoon. In total, you will need 3-4 tbsp of oil for frying.
5. Fry the pancakes until a beautiful golden crust forms. Serve with honey, sour cream, condensed milk or any jam to your liking.
