The idea of cooking juicy baked fillet was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname zefirka_recipes. The ingredients that must be added are pork and cheese.

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
  • pork - 80 g
  • mozzarella - 160 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour
  • breadcrumbs
  • butter - 40 g
  • flour - 30 g
  • milk - 300 g

Method of preparation:

1. Do not cut the fillet all the way through.

2. Make a "pocket".

3. Roll each one in flour, then in an egg beaten with salt.

4. Then in breadcrumbs.

5. Put it in the form.

6. Thinly slice the pork and cheese.

7. Put the pieces together one by one.

8. Put it in the "pocket".

9. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan.

10. Add the flour.

11. Stir well so that there are no lumps.

12. Pour in the milk and cook until thickened.

13. Pour the sauce over each pocket and sprinkle with cheese.

14. Bake in a preheated oven to 180-190 degrees for 40 minutes (it all depends on the size of the fillet).
