Bagels with minced meat in batter for a delicous snack
Stuffed bagels are a great appetizer for everyday and festive tables. You can choose any meat for stuffing. The dish can be baked in the oven or fried in a pan.
- lambs - 100 g
- minced meat - 300 g
- milk - 300 ml
- onion - 1 pc
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 50 g
- salt, spices
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to soak the bagels in milk and leave them in this form for 30 minutes.
2. Add chopped onion, salt and spices to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Mix eggs, milk, flour and salt for batter. Stir.
4. Stuff the bagels with meat, roll them in batter and fry in a frying pan. Bon appetit!
