- pesto sauce
- eggs
- avocado
Method of preparation
1. Put two teaspoons of pesto sauce on a preheated frying pan and fry a little.
2. When the sauce has spread over the pan, break two eggs and fry them, keeping the yolk in a liquid state.

3. Fry two slices of dark bread on a grill, dry frying pan, or in a toaster oven.
4. Wash avocado and cut it in half. Put one half on each slice of bread and mash with a fork, thus spreading the vegetable over the entire surface.

5. Remove the eggs from the pan, taking some sauce in which they were fried.
6. Put the eggs on the toast. Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.
