Avocado cream soup: the perfect recipe with nachos or croutons

When it comes to cream of avocado soup, the imagination immediately begins to draw an unusually delicate and delicious dish. And usually it is not wrong.
A user with the nickname my_happyfood posted a recipe for just such a soup on Instagram. It tastes perfect with toasted bread or nachos.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 pc
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Curry - ½ tsp
- Broth - 500 ml
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
- White wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 200 ml
- Fatty cream - 200 ml
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation
1. Chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
2. Add flour and fry for another 1 minute.
3. Add the broth, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat.
4. Add garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
5. Peel the avocado, chop it and add it to the saucepan.
6. Grind all the ingredients in a blender.
7. Add cream and milk, bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
8. Add the rest of the lemon juice and let it brew for 5 minutes.
