Apple rose made of puff pastry from the star chef: instead of the usual pie

This is exactly what the star chef Hector Jimenez-Bravo thinks. He wrote about this on his Instagram page, also sharing a recipe for a wonderful dessert. These cakes can become both a favorite everyday dessert and a wonderful decoration for any holiday table.

Ingredients
- Puff pastry - 400 g
- Honey - 40 g
- Apples - 3 pcs.
- Cinnamon - 5 g
- Powdered sugar - 20 g
- Butter - 15 g
The method of preparation
1. Roll out the dough and grease with honey.
2. Put the apples, roll the dough in half and twist the rose.

3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
4. Put the roses on a greased baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
