Apple crumble in the oven: how to prepare a special pie
Crumble is a special pie based on crumbles and a lot of juicy filling: fruit or berry. The crumble can be made of sand dough, cookies or even oatmeal. In any case, the dessert turns out very crispy. It just melts in your mouth thanks to the filling.
- 82.5% butter - 180 g
- wheat flour - 140 g
- apples - 2 pcs
- sugar - 190 g
- lemon juice
- ground ginger
- ground cinnamon
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cooled butter and mix it with flour (110 g), sugar, cinnamon and ginger. You should get a soft and elastic dough, which should be wrapped in foil and left for 30-40 minutes in the freezer.
2. Peel apples, remove the core, cut into cubes and splash with lemon juice.
3. Add sugar (100 g) and flour (30 g). Stir and place in a mold.
4- Grate the chilled pastry on a coarse grater and spread it over the apples. Bake at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Bon appetit!
