Even ordinary bread can be used to make a delicious appetizer. You just need to cut the roll into many squares. Then put a delicious filling in it and bake it.

Ingredients:

  • white bread – 1 pc.
  • garlic – 30 g
  • rosemary – 10 g of leaves
  • parsley – 30 g
  • olive oil – 80-100 g
  • salt – 3 g
  • olives – 120 g
  • olives – 120 g
  • sun-dried tomatoes – 200 g
  • mozzarella cheese – 300-400 g
  • chili peppers – 1-2 pcs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the bread into squares so that it holds its shape. Leave about 5 mm of space.

2. Combine garlic, herbs, oil, and spices – this will be the sauce. Brush the bread with the mixture. The sauce must get into all the cracks.

3. Also, put olives, black olives, and sun-dried tomatoes in all the cracks.

4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the bread.

5. Optionally, add chili pepper to spice things up.

6. Wrap the bread in parchment paper and place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake for 5-10 minutes. The bread should be soft and the cheese should melt.

7. This appetizer is best served hot.
