An omelet that always turns out lush: cooked in layers

A traditional omelet is made by whisking eggs until smooth. The result is a pancake. But a fluffy omelet is much tastier as it just melts in your mouth.

The idea of making a fluffy omelet in layers with three ingredients was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Kretsul (oksana_kretsul). This technique requires whipping the yolks and whites separately.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 3-4 pcs.
  • salt
  • favorite vegetables and greens

Method of preparation:

1. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat with salt. Whisk the yolks until smooth and whites until fluffy foam (peaks).

2. Add oil to a preheated frying pan.

3. Pour in the yolk and top with the egg white.

4. Cook under the lid over low heat until the whites are cooked (you can check with your finger when you touch it: the white should not remain on your finger).

5. Then cut the omelet in half and put the pieces on top of each other.
