An easy option for a delicious lunch: tomato and basil puffs recipe

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry
- Tomatoes
- Cream cheese - 150 g
- Pesto - 1-1.5 tbsp.
- Milk - 2 tbsp.
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Roll out the dough 0.5-0.6 cm, give it a convenient shape (you can cut it round, you can make it square, rectangular, whatever you like), make punctures with a fork and put it in a 200-degree heated oven for 13-15 minutes.
2. Mix the cream cheese, pesto and milk (you can grind it in a blender if you like).
3. Take it out of the oven, grease it, and put the chopped tomatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped basil and drizzle with olive oil.
4. Return to the oven and cook for another 20-25 minutes.
