A recipe for vegetable sauté with eggplant that is tastier than caviar

Sauté is a versatile vegetable appetizer that can be eaten as a side dish, salad or spread. The dish is prepared from various seasonal vegetables and supplemented with savory spices, garlic and herbs.
Food blogger Yevhenia Karpiuk (evgeniyakarpiuk) shared a recipe for vegetable sauté on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggplants - 4 pcs
- bell pepper - 2 pcs
- tomatoes
- onion - 1 pc
- garlic 3-4 cloves
- herbs
- salt, pepper
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to bake eggplants and peppers at 220 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
2. Peel the baked vegetables and cut them into small cubes.
3. Chop tomatoes, onion, garlic and herbs.
4. Mix all the prepared ingredients and add spices and vegetable oil. Stir. You can eat the spread right away, but it is better to let it infuse. Bon appetit!
