Food blogger Lisa Hlinska shared a recipe for one of these breakfasts on Instagram. It was she who suggested an unrivaled oatmeal pancake for a quick breakfast. Just 5 minutes, and an incredibly beautiful, nutritious, and healthy dish appears on your table.
Ingredients for oatmeal pancake
- Oat bran - 20 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Sour cream - 20 g
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Ingredients for the filling
- Cheese
- Fish
- Avocado
- Herbs
- Lettuce leaves
How to cook
1. Combine eggs, bran, sour cream, and salt in a bowl. Mix thoroughly with a whisk.
2. Pour the batter into a preheated and oiled frying pan. Cover and fry over low heat for a few minutes.
3. Add the cheese, cover again, and fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Put the oatmeal pancake on a plate. Put the filling on one half. You can use any filling you like. And cover with the other half of the pancake.
