A sandwich is not only a quick breakfast dish, but also a snack. To make it healthy, you need to choose the appropriate fillings: eggs, tuna, vegetables, cheese, herbs, and do without harmful sausage, ketchup and mayonnaise.

One of the culinary blogs(fasting_marafon) in Instagram published a recipe for a delicious sandwich with tuna, cheese and eggs, which you will prepare in 10 minutes.

Tuna and cheese sandwich recipe

Ingredients:

  • tuna in its own juice - 50 g
  • cheese (suluguni, mozzarella) - 25 g
  • lettuce - 2 leaves
  • bread - 2 slices
  • chicken egg - 1 pc
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. First you need to beat the egg with salt with a fork.

2. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, drain the tuna, and cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces.

3. Dip one slice of bread in the egg mixture and place on a heated griddle.
