Ingredients:
- tuna in its own juice - 50 g
- cheese (suluguni, mozzarella) - 25 g
- lettuce - 2 leaves
- bread - 2 slices
- chicken egg - 1 pc
- salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. First you need to beat the egg with salt with a fork.
2. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, drain the tuna, and cut the cheese into bite-sized pieces.
3. Dip one slice of bread in the egg mixture and place on a heated griddle.
