A hearty filling pie in a hurry: prepared on kefir

A poured cake is a very simple baking option, because for this dish you do not need to knead the dough, and the mass is simply poured onto the filling. And to make the texture fluffy, you need to add kefir to the base.

Ingredients:
- kefir – 400 ml
- eggs – 4 pcs
- oil – 2 tbsp
- baking powder – 1 tsp
- flour – 1 cup (200 ml)
- salt – to taste
- sesame seeds
Ingredients for the filling:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 bunches of green onions (you can use other fillings: fried minced meat with onions, stewed cabbage, mashed potatoes with fried mushrooms and any other to your taste)
Method of preparation:
1. Mix kefir with eggs, and salt, mix well, add oil, flour, and baking powder, then mix again until smooth.
2. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into cubes, and finely chop the green onions.
3. Pour 1/3 or 1/2 of the dough into a mold greased with oil or lined with parchment, and smooth it out evenly.
4. Spread the filling evenly, salt and pepper to your taste.
5. Pour the remaining dough evenly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
6. Bake in a preheated 180° oven for about 40 minutes.
7. Check readiness with a knife or skewer, and cool.
