When the body needs to relieve itself, meat dishes are not always the best option. They often make you feel heavy. That's why vegetables come to the rescue.
The idea of cooking a healthy and satisfying broccoli and zucchini casserole was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia Zhuk (nataliia_zhuk_cooking).
Ingredients:
- 400 g broccoli (34 kcal per 100 g).
- salt
- 2 zucchini
- vegetable oil
- salt, black pepper
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sour cream or cream
- 50-80 g of hard cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the broccoli.
2. Put in boiling salted water and cook for about 4 minutes.
3. Put it in the form.
4. Chop the zucchini and fry in a frying pan.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook until golden brown, put in a mold.
7. Beat 3 eggs into a bowl, add 100 g of sour cream or cream.
8. Stir and pour over the broccoli and zucchini. Sprinkle with hard grated cheese on top.
9. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
