Yuriy Bardash humiliated his homeland: Ukrainian passport is as useless as Ukraine, but I will not burn it

Ukrainian producer Yuriy Bardash, who fled to Russia after the full-scale invasion and received Russian citizenship, spoke out about his old passport. Despite the fact that the traitor is actively promoting hostile narratives and shouting about his commitment to the Putin regime, the artist did not give up his Ukrainian document.

Bardash said that he sees no reason to destroy the passport of a citizen of Ukraine. The founder of the music band Gryby and Quest Pistols said this in an interview with a Russian media outlet.

"We have suffered so much from this Ukrainization – people who have lived in Ukraine all this time and continue to live there. As hostages, to be sure, but still. The Ukrainian passport is probably dear to people who draw trident symbols and get tattoos," he said. The Putinist says he does not want to "spit on history," which is why he did not dare to get rid of his Ukrainian passport.

Bardash also explained why he considers the old document useless. According to him, when he received Russian citizenship, the producer asked him what to do with his Ukrainian passport, and was replied –"nothing". "You know, this Ukrainian passport is as useless as Ukraine," the traitor "summed up".
