Warrior musician Andrii Khlyvniuk suggested how long the war in Ukraine will last: it has only just begun

Andrii Khlyvniuk suggested that the war in Ukraine has just begun

Famous Ukrainian musician and, since February 24, 2022, a member of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andrii Khlyvniuk , is convinced that the war in Ukraine has unfortunately just begun and will continue for a very, very long time. According to the 43-year-old artist, at least his entire life.

The leader of the Boombox band believes that the enemy should not be underestimated. The singer reminded that Ukrainians are not fighting "drunks in hats and earflaps" but with inveterate occupiers. And it is for this reason that the war may drag on for a long time. Khlyvniuk shared his thoughts as part of the YouTube project "Straight Red".

"Our enemy is not drunks in earflaps. These are ardent enemies who have human resources and, unfortunately, material and technical resources. For some, it's a safari, for others it's a conscious realization that their war is wrong, and for others it's 'We are for Russia, we are in the interests of Russia' and all this other stuff. And our goal is to fight them off, to destroy them," the warrior artist commented.

The musician's predictions about the timing of the war's end are not very encouraging, but Khlyvnyuk emphasizes that he is not a military expert. At the same time, he wants Ukrainians to prepare for a long struggle and not to give up.

"We are just at the beginning, there hasn't even been an intermission yet, this is just the first act. And we are in the front row, friends, we will see all this sh*t with our own eyes. This is just the beginning. This is my personal opinion, I am not a military expert, maybe the war will end tomorrow, maybe in a month. But my opinion is that it will last for a long time, at least for the rest of our lives with you," the singer shared his thoughts.

As OBOZ.UA previously wrote, Khlyvniuk recalled how in 2014 he sent Ivan Urgant away because of the Russian language, and the fans in the audience shouted at him: "Sing in Russian." Details are in the article.
