"Look what's left of your Zaporizhzhia". Astafieva told why a famous artist who built his career in Russia gave her a hard time

Blogger Dasha Astafieva recalled why she was blocked on the social network by singer Svetlana Loboda, who lived and built her career in Moscow before the full-scale invasion. Astafieva says she publicly mentioned to her colleague her statement about "little people" who cannot stop Putin's aggression.

In a conversation with OBOZ.UA, the artist also mentioned another Ukrainian singer who was building a career in Russia. Astafieva advised Artem Umrikhin of the band Artik & Asti, who is silent about the war in Ukraine, to come to his native Zaporizhzhia and see what is left of him.

"Svetlana Loboda blocked me because when she started to come to Ukraine, I reminded her of her words that at the beginning of the invasion she said that 'we are little people', that we could not influence the situation in any way. I don't think we are, the Russians are," Astafieva says.

"And what about those Ukrainians who stayed behind and pretend that this is not a war, but a 'liberation operation'?" the artist continues. – "When I reminded them of them, they even tried to deal with me. When Kharkiv was being bombed, I wrote to the lead singer of the band Artik & Asti, and he wrote back: "I'm from Zaporizhzhia". I said: "Then go see what's left of your Zaporizhzhia. Why don't you support it? You are Ukrainians!" For several days, I wrote to everyone I knew without leaving my phone. That was when I wasn't helping in the kitchen yet - I had time."
