Mykola Hnatiuk, a singer who used to sell out stadiums in his heyday, now lives in Germany. The singer moved in with his son, who has been living abroad for a long time.

A relative of the famous singer, People's Artist of Ukraine Anatolii Hnatiuk, told OBOZ.UA. Anatolii and Mykola Hnatiuk are brothers.

Actor Anatolii Hnatiuk says he last saw his older brother shortly before the full-scale war, "He now lives in Germany, he went to visit his son. We have good, brotherly relations. He is 12 years older, and I always listen to him. Especially since he is a very wise man: he has always been like that."

"I'll say this: like all Ukrainians, wherever they are, life is hard for him mentally because he thinks only about the war. But physically everything is okay, thank God. He is very worried about everything that is happening here. We talk often: we call each other several times a week. We also write to each other, so we are constantly in touch," Anatoli Hnatyuk added.
