How to easily remove dirt from tile joints: only takes 15 minutes

You don't necessarily need aggressive chemicals to clean interstitial joints

Tile joints in the bathroom are a problem that is not as easy to solve as you'd like it to be. They quickly lose their original appearance, because they begin to collect dirt and dust. But in fact, clean and whiten the seams between the tiles can still be.

OBOZREVATEL tells about the way how to do it without making extra effort. You only need inexpensive products, which can be purchased in any supermarket.

Vinegar

Vinegar by itself is capable of cleaning tile joints. To use it, simply pour the liquid into a sprayer, apply it to the surfaces to be cleaned and leave it on for 15-20 minutes. After that, the joints will need to be scrubbed with a soft brush and rinsed with water.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Similarly, you can treat the seams with pharmacy-grade hydrogen peroxide. The liquid will also disinfect them and will attack fungal spores that can cause mold to grow.

Baking Soda

Soda paste, as a fairly mild abrasive, can remove stubborn types of dirt. To do this, it should be mixed with water to make a paste and applied to the seams for 15-30 minutes, then treat them with a brush and rinse off the residue with water. To enhance the effect of the baking soda paste, you can sprinkle vinegar on top and wait until the substances finish interacting.
