To clean the door, take a solid tablet, not a capsule. Next, moisten it with hot water and start wiping the contaminated surface in a circular motion. The tablet will begin to dissolve and act on grease and burnt stains, effectively wiping them off due to its stiffness. As the soaked layer is wiped off, the tablet should be dipped in water again. Rinse the glass thoroughly with water and rub it with a dry microfibre cloth to make it shine.
You do not need to choose an expensive cleaning agent. Cheap tablets will do the trick on the oven door. They can also be used to effectively clean the walls, bottom, racks and baking trays inside the appliance.
