Honored Artist of Ukraine Stanislav Kolokolnikov died of a serious illness

On Thursday, January 30, Honored Artist of Ukraine Stanislav Kolokolnikov passed away at the age of 64. The actor had been battling a serious illness for a long time.

The tragic news was reported on the Facebook page of the Kyiv Academic Theater "Koleso," where he worked. The artist's colleagues noted that his passing is a painful and irreparable loss for the entire creative team.

"On the evening of January 30, at the age of 64, Honored Artist of Ukraine Stanislav Kolokolnikov died of a serious illness. A terrific actor who had his own characteristic and unique style," the post reads. Stanislav Kolokolnikov was able to play roles of any genre and artistic dimension."

The funeral service for the Honored Artist of Ukraine will take place on Monday, February 3, at 12:00 in the Kyiv Crematorium.

Stanislav Kolokolnikov was born on November 16, 1961. From a young age, the artist sought to build a creative career, so he graduated from Karpenko-Karyi University, majoring in drama theater and film. The artist demonstrated his talented performance on the stage of the Cherkasy Academic Regional Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater named after Taras Shevchenko, the experimental studio theater of Volodymyr Pylypenko, Drum-Antra, the Kyiv Drama Theater Bravo, and the Magic Theater.

In 1993, Stanislav Kolokolnikov joined the creative team of the Kolesa Theater, where he played more than 30 roles in various productions.
