He dumped me for 150 thousand euros. Olia Poliakova told why she is offended by Oleh Vynnyk: I will not shake hands with him
The famous Ukrainian singer Olia Poliakova admitted that she was offended by her colleague Oleh Vynnyk, with whom she had warm friendships before the full-scale invasion and even recorded a joint track "Long-Legged Happiness." It was this song that became the bone of contention between the two artists.
According to the "queen of the night", Vynnyk "dumped" her for a tidy sum. She shared the details in a comment to the Times of Ukraine.
On the eve of February 24, 2022, the stars were planning a duet video for a joint song. Poliakova sponsored a powerful promo for the release. It was about 150 thousand euros, the source emphasizes. In hryvnias, this is more than six million. What happened next? Oleh Vynnyk decided to disappear for a long time, went to Germany, and still stays there.
Poliakova comments: "I would not shake hands with Oleh Vynnyk. Not because he escaped or did not escape. This is, you know, everyone's business. Although, it is a kind of business. But because he set me up. Oleh and I had a track together - "Long-Legged Happiness". This is what later turned into "Magic Eyes," my solo song. But before the war, we made a very cool video, for which a very large company allocated funds for advertising. And we made a very expensive, beautiful video. And when all this happened, and we had to somehow redo it all, Oleh disappeared. And I've been dealing with that company for two years now for those funds. That's why I wouldn't give you a hand, Oleh."
After the full-scale invasion, the beloved wolf settled in Berlin, Germany, and disappeared from the radar for a long time, ceasing to appear on social media and communicate with fans and colleagues. It was only in June 2023 that Vynnyk resurfaced and answered questions about his escape, health, and family in his first and so far last interview during the full-scale war.
