At their mother's grave: Tonia Matvienko shows rare photo with brothers who rarely appear in public

Singer Tonia Matvienko, the daughter of legendary Ukrainian singer Nina Matvienko, showed a photo at the grave of her mother, who passed away a year ago. Her brothers, who are rarely seen in public, also came to honor the memory of their loved one.

The celebrity shared the picture on Insta-stories. It is known that Tonya Matvienko has two older brothers, Ivan and Andrii Honchar.

As the singer told in an exclusive interview with OBOZ.UA, the eldest of her children, Ivan (Januarius in the church), chose the path of serving God; he is now an iconographer, artist, and architect. According to Antonina, her brother had been coming to this decision for years. "His life is very interesting. And most importantly, he is happy," the star added. As for Andrii, Nina Matvienko's middle son, he is currently serving in the National Guard of Ukraine.

Ukrainian religious scholar and historian Andrii Kovalev, who is personally acquainted with Ivan Honchar, said that Tonia Matvienko's older brother is a very talented artist. "During my life, I met many different monks, but Father Januarius is really special, a true monk. He is a surprisingly modest, tireless worker, disciplined and consistent. A monk who is really running away from the world and fame," the expert said in his post.
