Ships under the "grain agreement" were not inspected for two days

In the last 2 days, the terrorist country Russia has not allowed a single inspection of ships under the "grain agreement". Overall, the number of inspections has dropped significantly since the beginning of May.

This was reported by the Office of the Coordinator of the UN Black Sea Grain Initiative. Ukrainian officials have made accusations against Russia, saying that Moscow does not register or inspect ships destined for passage to and from Ukrainian ports, according to a CNN story.

"The Grain Agreement" is a UN-brokered agreement to facilitate grain exports from Ukraine. The initiative was launched in July 2022 to guarantee safe passage for vessels exporting grains and oilseeds from Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea. The agreement was extended on March 18 for 60 days and ends on May 18.

It should be noted that the aggressor country is in favor of terminating the "grain agreement". On May 5, representatives of Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the UN during negotiations did not come to an agreement on new vessels capable of exporting grain.

However, a few days ago, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told Turkish media that he was scheduled to make a working visit to Moscow on May 10, where he would meet with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. They should discuss the continuation of the "grain corridor".

As OBOZREVATEL reported earlier, Poland will demand that the European Commission (EC) impose new sanctions against Russia. We are talking about a complete ban on the import of Russian grain and other agricultural products in Europe, because the EU countries now do not need Russian products.
