The laziest liver pate: all you need to do is just bake the ingredients
To make delicious pate, you don't need to boil or fry each ingredient separately. You'll save a lot of time if you just put everything in one dish and bake. Then you just need to beat them with a mixer.
The idea of making delicate liver pate was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname tsukatnata. For this recipe, use chicken liver.
Ingredients:
- liver - 500 g
- carrots - 1 large
- onion - 1 large
- apples - 2 pcs (peeled)
- butter - 50 g
- cream - 150 ml
- salt and spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Put the washed chicken liver, chopped onion, carrot and apple in a baking dish.
2. Add half a portion of butter on top.
3. Season with salt and cream.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for an hour.
5. Then add the rest of the butter and let the dish cool slightly.
6. Beat the mass with a mixer until smooth.
7. Transfer to a glass container.
8. Close and refrigerate.
