Ingredients:
- 500 g of ready-made puff pastry
- 1 chicken fillet
- 1 medium onion
- 250 g of mushrooms
For the filling:
- 2 eggs
- 200 g of cream 10-20%
- 100 g of cheese
- oil, salt, a piece of butter, an egg for greasing
Method of preparation:
1. Filling: chop the meat, mushrooms, and onions, fry everything.
2. Egg mixture: beat eggs, add grated cheese, spices, and cream.
3. Roll out the dough, put it in the mold, put the filling inside, pour the egg mixture, and roll the ends of the dough to the center.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes until golden brown!
