The world-famous British traveller Bear Grylls recorded an address to Ukrainians in which he expressed his respect and gratitude to the people of Ukraine. The second part of the video is in Ukrainian, although the presenter was speaking in English at the time. This was made possible by Respeecher Share Ukrainian Voices, a startup that enables global celebrities to speak in Ukrainian.

The star of Surviving at Any Cost announced the launch of the BecomingX Ukraine digital platform to support the Restoring Ukraine initiative. The video was published on the UNITED24 Telegram channel (to watch the video, scroll to the bottom of the page).

"I want to personally address our friends in Ukraine who are going through a very difficult time. We think about you every day, we support your fight for freedom," Grilliz began.

The Respeecher Share Ukrainian Voices initiative, on which the traveller has been working with Ukrainians for several months, is helping the BecomingX educational programme to create a free platform for Ukrainian schools.

To demonstrate how artificial intelligence works, the host recorded the second part of the video using it.

"It's hard for me to even imagine how hard it is for many of those watching this video. I want to say that we think about you every day. And your courage inspires millions of people around the world. We're so proud to have worked with so many amazing Ukrainians to create BecomingX Education," the statement read in Ukrainian.

The Briton urged Ukrainians to keep up the good work and called them strong and kind. "You have that exceptional spirit of resistance that we are all proud of. Keep going. Don't give up. And thank you," concluded Bear Grylls.
