Useful home-made ground chicken sausage: no need to bake or fry it
Homemade sausage from ground chicken is both nourishing and dietary product that can be eaten even by those on a diet. To make the sausage juicy, add carrots and onions to the base.
Cook Olga Matvey shared on her YouTube channel a recipe for delicious and healthy homemade sausage made from ground chicken.
Ingredients:
- Ground chicken - 500 gr
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Salt, pepper and paprika to taste
- Oregano - 0,5 tsp.
- Greens - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Add grated carrots and finely diced onions to the minced chicken.
2. Finely chop the greens and also add to the mince along with the spices, mix.
3. On the parchment put 2-3 tbsp. of stuffing, spread it well with a spoon and then roll up with the parchment sausage. Be sure to pinch the edges, so that the stuffing does not fall out during cooking.
4. Transfer the sausages to a frying pan, pour boiling water over, cover and cook for 7 minutes on each side. Then leave the sausage to cool completely.
5. Remove the finished sausage from the parchment and cut it up.
