If the numbers on the scales are the same after a month of regular exercise, you should choose a different system of physical activity. You should not overeat, even with healthy foods.

Everything should be eaten in moderation and healthy snacks are no exception. Some fruits and vegetables are high in calories, such as avocados, bananas, grapes and others. Therefore, in order not to harm your figure, it is important to observe the correct portions.

Sleep deprivation

Feeling tired on a regular basis is directly linked to weight gain. Lack of sleep increases feelings of hunger, especially for carbohydrate-rich foods. You need to choose for yourself the optimal time of sleep and stick to it.

Consumption of alcoholic beverages

Alcohol disrupts sleep and causes dehydration of the body. It interferes with the process of turning fat into energy and is deposited in the body faster. This does not mean that you have to give up alcohol altogether, but consume it in moderation.

Calorie deficit

Establish a deficit of about 500 calories daily (for women, consumption of 1,800 to 2,000 a day is considered the norm), but don't turn counting them into fanaticism. Thus, a lack of calories can be perceived by the body as "starvation mode," and then the fat will be deposited rather than burned.

Not drinking enough water

Insufficient hydration can lead to weight gain. Daily water intake (about 35 ml per kilogram of healthy weight) contributes to weight loss and removes harmful substances from the body.

Frequent snacking or eating out of cafes

When you eat out of the house, you do not control what is included in the dish. For example, even a chicken salad can harm our figure, because we do not know how many spices were added to the marinade for the meat. When you choose your own ingredients, you have a much better chance of losing weight.
