The easiest way to clean your oven to get all the grease and dirt out
Frequent use of the oven leads to grease and dirt. Even some chemical products can't cope with it.
A blogger under the nickname Yagmur published a video on TikTok, where she shows how to clean the oven quickly. She used lemon and hot water.
"A real life-saver. I will also clean my deep fryer and microwave this way," she says.
You need to preheat the oven to 200 degrees, then pour hot water and slice one lemon in a metal bowl.
It is necessary to put the bowl in the oven for 20 minutes. Thanks to the water vapor, the dirt disappears and the lemon removes unpleasant odors.
After that, remove the container and turn off the oven. Wait for it to cool down and wipe the inside of the oven with a clean cloth soaked in the lemon solution.
The blogger's subscribers were thrilled and left comments like, "Oh, great idea! I used to make something like this in my microwave. Gotta try it" and "Try adding cinnamon to this mixture! The oven and your apartment will smell amazing," they wrote.
Another blogger under the nickname mama_mila published a video in TikTok, where she showed her way of fighting dirt in the kitchen. The woman assures that a mixture of vinegar, water and lemon juice will eliminate grease stains and make the kitchen shiny. The solution can be used not only to clean the oven or stove but also to wipe cabinets, sinks and chairs.
The blogger mixes half a cup of warm water with two tablespoons of vinegar and lemon juice.
"Always do a trial test as this acidic mixture may not be suitable for all surfaces," she warned.
Subscribers left their feedback below the video.
"My house always seems cleaner when I watch your videos," "I've been doing this for years," "Isn't vinegar acidic enough so you don't add lemon? I believe lemon leaves a sticky residue," viewers shared their thoughts.
