Tastier than pizza: healthy vegetable casserole without flour

Vegetable casserole is the best option for a hearty, but light and easy-to-make dish for lunch and dinner. It is worth noting that you can cook it without flour, replacing it with hard cheese, thanks to which the dish will hold its shape.
Culinarian Valerie shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious vegetable casserole, flourless and with hard cheese.
Ingredients:
- frozen vegetables - 400 g
- eggs - 3 units
- hard cheese - 100 g
- sour cream - 3 tbsp.
- vegetable oil
- salt / pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. In a pan, fry the vegetable mixture in vegetable oil for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs, grated cheese and sour cream.
4. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, place the roasted vegetables and pour the egg and cheese mixture over it. Bake for 30 minutes.
