Quick pita appetizer with crab sticks: takes 10 minutes
Pita bread is a very versatile ingredient for making appetizers, pies with sweet and savory fillings. It can also be used to make shawarma, puffs and lasagna.
Culinarian Irina shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pita appetizer, with crab sticks and tomato.
- pita bread - 3 sheets
- cheese - 100-120 g
- crab sticks - 220 g
- tomato - 1 pc
- parsley - bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Spread out the pita. Grease with mayonnaise.
2. Sprinkle grated hard cheese on top.
3. Place another sheet of pita on top, smear it with mayonnaise and place chopped crab sticks on top.
4. Coat the third sheet of pita with mayonnaise and put chopped tomatoes and greens. Wrap in a roll, cut into two pieces and put in the refrigerator under the foil for 2 hours.
