No milk, kefir, yogurt or water: puffy apple pancakes for a quick breakfast

The easiest dish for a hearty breakfast is puffed apple pancakes. They can be made with milk, sour cream, kefir, yogurt, whey or even water. To make them fluffy, be sure to add baking powder or baking soda. For an original taste, you can add apples, bananas, cottage cheese to the dough.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for fluffy apple pancakes that will turn out very tasty and easy.
Ingredients:
- apples - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- oil - for frying
Method of preparation:
1. The apples are not the same as the apples in the blender.
2. Add the eggs and the sifted flour and baking powder, as well as sugar. Mix everything until homogeneous.
3. Fry the pancakes in a heated frying pan on both sides.
